From Chairman Mattila

The leadership team of the Clark County Republican Party made a concerted effort to recruit candidates for this year’s upcoming elections. Now our attention must turn toward getting those candidates elected.  I encourage every reader of this newsletter to research and select a great candidate (or candidates) to support. We have some events in the works to give candidates the opportunity to get out and meet voters.

This is an off year election cycle but it is a unique opportunity to start from the ground up transforming our region into a conservative bastion. From school boards to city council races, I’m confident that Clark County will have more conservative leadership than when we started this year. I’m excited to see the effect this will have this year and in the years to come!

June 14 - URGENT CALL TO ACTION: Third Congressional District Redistricting Meeting #1

Redistricting happens only once every 10 years.  Your input is very much needed to protect the conservative interests of your neighbors and other Clark County constituents!

The Washington State Redistricting Commission is holding an online Zoom meeting on Monday, June 14th from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, and we need your voice!

First, watch this short, 2m38s YouTube video explaining redistricting and why your voice is so critical for the future of Washington state law.  Then register as a meeting participant by clicking HERE.  Please note the cut-off for public comment registration is Monday, June 14th at 3:00 pm (four hours prior to the meeting).

Please invite your conservative friends and family to register and join in the discussion, including those needing language interpretation.  Requests for language interpretation accommodation must be emailed to the WSRC no later than this coming Thursday, June 10th at 3:00 pm.  More information can be found at Draw Your WA.

The boundaries drawn by this year's redistricting will effect law in the state of Washington for the next ten years and beyond.  The time to speak up and protect the future of our republic is NOW!

LD17 Representative Paul Harris' Donation-Match Challenge is ON!

We have some exciting news!  Legislative District 17 Representative Paul Harris has extended a very  generous donation-matching opportunity - and we need your help!

During the month of June, Representative Harris will match your donation up to a sum total of $5,000!

What does that look like?  You donate $15 - he donates $15.  You donate $100 - he donates $100.  You donate $1,000 - he donates $1,000.  When his total matches hit $5,000 the challenge is met and the Clark County Republican Party will have raised $10,000 for Resource Center and operating expenses, community outreach opportunities, education and training events, candidate support, and more!

Accept Representative Harris' challenge today by clicking HERE to donate now.  Every gift is a blessing - but this month, your blessing is multiplied!

Thank you so much for your support, and thank you to Representative Harris for issuing this month's donation-match challenge!
